Yes, the charge at first was wrong, but, I dont care how you put it, when 6 people attack one person, it is not a school fight. They should be charged with ault. And futher more, It is NOT racism to charge them with a crime. Next, the noose in the tree, come on, that was 2 months earlier, not a good excuse either. If it was 6 white males attacking 1 black male, they people there would be crying it was a Hate crime. Charge them for what they did and move on. It is getting tiresome hearing every crime commeted being used as a race issue. The only thing this does is START issues with race. Crime has NO COLOR.
