I have a long overnithgt layover in Lisbon on May 28/29. What to do on almost a full afternoon and evening?

I am not a huge museum lover. I want to see the have to see sights. I love folklore, festivals, FOOD (fish), we area couple mid 30s would like to hit a night hang-out spot too. Any insider info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
