If Obama wasn't born in the U.S., how did he get a pport?

I agree and take it further; how did President elect Obama receive a pport and security clearance in the Senate; if he wasn't an US Citizens? The answer is obvious that the campaign challenging his citizenship is racist and a smear tactic that is very transparent.
