What's up with the different xbox covers for new Harry Potter game?

I've seen the cover with Harry flying with that guy in the background, but ToysRus is selling this plain cover game with just the title & some trees. What up with that? No really, is it the same game? or is one like, the "better with Kinect" version & the other is just for 360 alone...I should know this, but I was surprised to see the different covers during my browsing... Any Input is always helpful =)
