What Are Some Fun Things To Do On Red Dead Redemption?

Ok i play red dead redemption with my friends and we do gang hideouts, hunting and have fights and im just wondering if you guys have any cool idea for stuff too do. I've finished the single player and im level 34 online (I Think).
