Do i have an STD?

I'm very confused.I had unprotected in late october. stupid i know. i noticed a small red spot on my in feb and one spot is dry from time to time but she got a std test in dec and said she was std free. should i be worried about anything? the only thing i could think of would be syphilis but doesn't that happen 10-90 days after and the spot was only once
