Eyeshadow help?

She used a black liquid eyeliner to completely line the whole eye and on the outer corner she drew a line going outward toward her ear. Then she took a eyeshadow brush and applied the violet/blueish eyeshadow from the middle of her eye lid out forming a squarish oval around the black line...
