My Kenwood KAC-8403 amp won't turn what should i do?

alright. my Kenwood KAC-8403 amp is connected to my rockford fosgate capacitor and 2 15" Kicker subs. i recently bridged the amp and burned out a fuse. now the amp won't turn on and only flickers on the lights on it when i remove the fuse on the amp.
