Where can I buy a super tall tail or mixed drink on the vegas strip ?

I will be in vegas next month and will be trolling around the vegas strip at night looking at the glamor. While I am walking around, I want to make it a memorable stroll..so I would like to have a strong buzz ..where can I buy one of those 3 foot tall drinks on the strip..and what kind should I buy ...I need one that will last a long time..and one that will hit the spot but not knock me out..any suggestions !
