Where do I go from here?

I've recently found interest in music production. I wanted to get hands on and make some beats on my own. Unfortunately it's much much harder than I thought. I have FL Studio 8, Poi Zone Standalone, Collab, and a couple other things from Image Line. But Where do i go from here? I don't understand much of what anything means on the fruity loops interface. Where can I learn online for free what everything means and how to work with it.
