Who was more chivalrous, the Japanese or Germans during ww2?

I think the death camps and the extermination of 6 million lends me to believe that it was NOT the Germans. I don't care how many hospitals they allowed to be evacuated. The Japanese were no better with death marches but then we left them with Hiroshima. My God what people do to win a war.
