Would an attourney take the case of missing medications at an isted living and you were ..?
blackballed and suspending on matters not pertaining to the insident. Just because you know something is going on in this isted living facility. I don't have the proof, but I know who does, but it will take some digging to find out the whole scam. Should I contact an attourney or not? I have already called cooperate, OSHA,and DSS, none of these are getting to the problem. Especially DSS, they are friends and siding with them to cover this medication missing from more than one resident. This one resident was hospitalized just 3 days after I kept reporting her health declining (mental health) and I have proof that her zoloft was missing for days , she seemed to me she was in terrible withdrawal. She was kept in the hospital for 6 days and now her po has moved her to another facility because of the neglect , abuse and missing meds , with no answer for it. Help me do what I can for these residents and be able to keep my job, because I am very attached to all of them, and so are they to me. If possible, professionals only.
