Would Obama be able to address some of the real pressing Black issues without losing his base?

Sky high rate of teen pregnancy, unmarried and unattached single moms, high unemployment, skyhigh felony conviction rates and rates of incarceration that far exceed the actual numbers in the black population, poor school performance as measured by completing hs, learning to read at a level of proficiency, high levels of drug use, domestic violence and alcoholism, tobacco dependence (greatest for any ethnic group in this country). In short, is it possible that this population (clearly distinguished from the small black middle cl/relative to the whole population) that lives in and out of poverty, in and out of jail, in and out of singlemotherhood and unmarried fatherhood, that lives on a cultural diet of Maury and Jerry and rap music, will have such high expectations from a black president who will be unable to meet any of their real needs.....that they will just revolt against Obama. Like Lyndon Johnson's war on poverty that lead to the worst ghetto riots in US history.
